Interview
Very quick and efficient hiring process: after submitting application you get sent an assessment immediately, which you need to complete in the next 48 hours, and it assesses your basic arithmetic math skills (calculation problems on labour hours and pay) and managerial behavioral outlook. If assessment is successful, you’ll be invited to an online video-call interview shortly with two random existing managers (one Area Manager and one Operations Manager I think), half an hour with each. They will ask pre-prepared questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles and expect you to answer with their knowledge using Star Method. Overall, hiring process from sending an application to receiving an offer took me about 2 weeks only.

Question 1
Questions were based on your previous experience (work, academic, extra-curricular), tied to a few random out of 16 Amazon Leadership Principles.
It was CV screening then numerical and logical reasoning test followed by a couple of interviews, all based on amazon leadership principles, they have 16 principles and they asked 4-6 questions in total, every question covered one principle
Two 30-minute interviews based on Amazon Leadership Principles. They ask for specific examples where you've applied these principles in previous roles or education. They ask about day-to-day AI usage.

Very nice interview process. the recruiters were helpful and kind. All the questions that were administered were regarding the leadership principles of Amazon, which shows how much the company is committed to its culture and standards. Was very happy with the interview process
