I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
I really can't believe how companies do not even take the time to take a look at your resumé before making you take the longest assessment you will ever see. It is crazy how they prefer taking an hour or two from you (completing data and assessment), and in the middle, there was not even one person reading your resumé and determining if your profile could fit the company or not. That is a miss of respect to people's time.

Mi sono trovata bene, nulla di complesso. Hanno fatto domande conoscitive molto generiche e mi hanno chiesto come avrei affrontato un business case, ma senza particolari difficoltà. Nel complesso direi abbastanza facile.
The process was straightforward but very structured. I applied online and was invited for a virtual assessment. After passing that, I had a one-on-one video interview with a hiring manager. They focused heavily on the Amazon Leadership Principles, specifically asking for examples of how I handled difficult customers and prioritized tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the recruiters were professional and kept me updated throughout the stages.
Overall great experience. It was very tough, but I was able to get through it. I would make sure you prepare beforehand. I would do some research into the role itself as well as into Amazon.
