The interview process consisted of one 1 hour phone interview, 30 min of behavioral questions based on leadership principles and 30 min of technical questions based on a case study. Phone Interview after screened by resume. My understanding is you get a flyout offer when you pass the phone interview. A senior economist calls you and goes on for an hour and a half. First behavioral questions come and then technical questions.
