I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2021
Interview
First, a call with a recruiter, 30 minutes, a short discussion of the resume.
Then a technical call with one of the engineers. 2 questions regarding Leadership Principles, and then a simple coding problem about the operation on the lists.
Then I had the "onsite" consisting of 5 interviews with managers and developers over 2 days (via Chime call). All of them were the same pattern - one or two questions about leadership principles from Amazon, then the coding or system design question.
