I would recommend looking at the full list and coming up with 3-4 STAR-format anecdotes for each LP. You can ignore the last two: Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer/Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility - these are not evaluated and Amazon doesn't even try to follow them. Your experience will vary depending on the team that you interview with. I enjoyed meeting with the individuals on the team I eventually joined. Each Hiring manager is tasked with finding other individuals to help with the interview loop for the role within the company, but they all follow a similar template. How harsh and personable they are can vary.
