AlphaSights Summer Associate interview questions

I applied around late November and got contacted early January. It was a self-video interview. This is rather cut throat way of interviewing people. 5 questions, 15 seconds per question to think of an answer and 30 seconds to answer. Those 30 second answers are never enough to elaborate about our own abilities, achievements, or even our personal beliefs.

The first round was a video assessment. I received the notification for the video assessment almost immediately after applying online. It was simply an online portal, where you have to answer a couple of questions, whilst being videoed. There were 4 questions, with 30 seconds to prepare and 60 seconds to answer for each. There's also a test question to help to get familiar with the system.
