I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Initial one-way video screening. Then a video interview, which was laid back and consisted of behavioral questions. Know the BREAD process for this. Finally, an in-person interview with two VPs. Both "case interviews." First interview was the research & identification part of the process, and second was calling the client and telling them about the people you found for them.

Question 1
What's a misconception that other people might have about you?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
I interviewed online for all three stages. My final interview they nitpicked my resume and asked me how I was in middle school which I found strange. In my final interview, they asked super obscure questions and in the case study portion of the interview, the girl who interviewed me acted like she did not want to be there. Overall, I thought they could've handled the interview process much better than they did.
