I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
This interview process went very smoothly. I had a video interview then went to New York for an on-site interview. They notified me within a few days that I didn't get the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter through my university's job board and sent in an application. Around a week later I received a link to a Hirevue-style video screening interview just answering some basic personality/behavioral questions. Around a week after that, I received an email to schedule a video interview with an HR recruiter who asked a combination of behavioral and resume/experience questions in addition to a quiz on an informational video that was sent with the original interview invitation. Overall a good interview process, the recruiters I spoke to were very friendly and helpful throughout the recruitment process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
Did a resume drop through a friend who worked there. Did a pre-recorded video interview, then a 1-on-1 Skype interview with a recruiter. Following that, I did an onsite in New York, which was a behavioral interview and case study. They responded within a few days since I had an exploding offer.
