AlphaSights Summer Associate interview questions

It’s 3 interviews and they’re time consuming. The first interviewer was nice and seems to actually care. The second tho was mean, extremely rude, nothing I said was good enough for her, she would provide “feedback” by telling me to do what I already said, she literally was just a mean girl. The third and last was nicer but the instructions were unclear. To be fair Alphasight expect you to give an immense amount of time for the interviews, big doesn’t even bother to get nice people to do them. It says a lot when 2/3 of the people that introduce me to the company are not nice.

Virtual screening interview with pre-recorded answers. Entirely virtual system with no recruiter interaction, overall it was somewhat limited on time and I would recommend preparing a little more beforehand to make sure you have solid answers
