AlphaSights Program Associate interview questions

Pretty straightforward. One video screen. And two skype interviews. I did not make it past the second skype interview. The first interview went great and the second one the person interviewing me seemed very uninterested.

I submitted my application Sunday night and the recruiting team emailed me Monday morning to participate in a recorded online screening. You are prompted by a standard interview question and then are recorded answering that question. AlphaSights does a great job in making the process user friendly but it is truly awful. Eliminating the human element was a challenge I was not ready for. PREP PREP PREP is key. Practice talking to yourself - getting pace right is tough.
