A first-round phone call with basic behavioral questions, and a rundown on the role from the interviewer. She asked me why I wanted the specific role and why I wanted to work at the company. We also got into some basic details on what the role entails and I had to respond with how I would be suited for those actions.

Don’t bother applying here. I applied and got an interview, and spent hours preparing for it. They emailed me the night before to say the interview had been postponed and they would be in touch the following week to rearrange. About 3 weeks went by and then they emailed me to say the position had been filled and they weren’t holding any more interviews. Just didn’t seem to care that I had wasted a lot of time preparing when I didn’t even have the interview. If this is how they treat candidates I’m sure they don’t treat employees much better. Avoid at all costs.
