I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Jul 2025
Interview
3 rounds, one right after another with quick turnarounds. First is with HR and is basic behavioral questions, second is to do with a take home case study and third is with a VP. Third was the most confusing one as it dealt with career-oriented questions, and to me it seemed that they wanted to see if you were going to stay with the company past 2 years (retention interest). I didn't get much of an idea about company or culture fit. Additionally in the 3rd they didn't ask much about experience but were more interested in university coursework.

2. What part of your major and academic work do you feel has best prepared you for a role at AlphaSights.
3. Should an Associate still get paid if the project falls through
It was a smooth process with 3 different stages. The process can be lengthy for some but the timeline varies for everyone. The first is screening and second is the case

Interview
Applied online, and received an email about an HR phone screen about a week later. It was an average phone screen interview, they did not ask any surprising questions, pretty straightforward.
