My interview experience at AlphaSights was incredibly smooth and easy to schedule calls. The team demonstrated immaculate coordination and a very well-structured process throughout the entire interview journey. the team is supportive and very clear.

Have you done any sports during high school? (high correlation with sales targets)
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
