Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
First round was an HR phone screen. Recruiter sounded uninterested and felt very uncomfortable as it was clear they did not like some of my answers and that I was being judged. Clear that recruiter was just rattling off a list of questions rather than trying to have any type of conversations. Questions were super repetitive and I felt were kind of invasive and unnecessary- ex: did you get a return offer at your last internship? and what kind of roles are you applying to and have you received any offers? Felt like more I was being interrogated rather than interviewed

Question 1
Do you hold any leadership positions in college? What do you think is the most important part of the BREAD process?
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Question 1
Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
