I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
The assessment centre included a case study that they gave you in advance - it was to embody the role you would be doing. So it could be a private equity case study and ask you how you would solve it and summarise what you would say to client. Then the interviewer will question your decisions. This was only one part of the 5 stages at the AC.
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY)
Interview
Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
