The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
recruiter call initially - 15 mins online
another call with talent acquisition
assessment centre - in-person
I would recommend really trying to become that person they want to be based on their values e.g metric focused, driven - Look the values up and make sure it translates on the day
Also, don't be over-prepared I did and honestly, it was a big waste of time - they're just looking for the same person in different fonts, so as long as you do enough research and are able to translate some experience for each value you should be all good!
TA team were lovely though - they do try to support you throughout the process
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
