Interview
I’ve only had my first interview so far, but it was actually chill. my interviewer asked mostly behavioral questions, asked about my degrees and how they apply to the work, and exactly what AlphaSights does. Do your research!
There is a HireVue plus three additional rounds. First round was with HR and consisted of simple behavioral questions. Second round was a take home case study plus an on the spot case study. We also had to do a roleplay scenario as if we were talking to a client. This round lasted an hour.
Multiple rounds, 1 case study/mock phone call, final with a senior which is casual and more personality based. I think they interview a lot of candidates, to my belief they offer a first round interview to many people. However, many of the interviewers are very friendly.
