Interview
I made it to the phone interview, where you speak with an HR representative for 20-30 minutes regarding how AlphaSights fits into your career goals. I checked glassdoor before giving my interview, but the other reviews were not clear regarding the questions they ask you during the phone interview vs. the ones on site. The phone interview is more about why you want to work at AlphaSights and your path leading to applying for the company. You should really be able to articulate something meaningful about why AlphaSights is the next step for you. The onsite interviews probably ask more behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I did not move on to the on site interview.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
