First round HR screening and final round felt very transactional. The interviewers were reading off a generic list of questions and did not follow up on my responses, making it seem like they weren't interested or listening to what I was saying. They did not seem like they wanted to be there. The questions themselves were easy though. Final round was conducted virtually where the interviewer was sitting in a conference room, several feet away from the camera, and she was staring at her notebook the entire time, so it was difficult to engage with her. Second round was a simulation of the BREAD process, and luckily that interviewer was more engaged and enthusiastic.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
