I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2015
Interview
Asking questions based on CV and motivations, there were some questions specific to the role. It was not particularly demanding, but some random questions came out. Also, the phone interview did n't sound 100 % clear due to quality of the call, so it'd better to be at a room where the phone signal can be perfect. Of course, it is always important to know the company well to give good impressions.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
