I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2022
Interview
4 Stages:
1: First call with a recruiter,
2: Face-to-face interview with another recruiter
3: Case interview
4: Interview with VP
Seems like a long process, for at job which does not require very specific skills. The first recruiters seemed very unbothered.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
How will you make sure to reach tagets?
How do you feel about feedback?
What do you do when you get critique?
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY)
Interview
Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
