Interview
Attended interview with VP after sending in my CV. Pretty standard interview - no surprising questions but then again nothing particularly ground-breaking or thought provoking either. I thought it went really well (and was told my next step would be to meet the MD) so was feeling quite positive about it as the job sounds really interesting with lots of room to progress (I'm normally extremely perceptive!) but was told as I'm not a graduate, I would have to be really exceptional and I'm not. Seems like a friendly office if you can offer what they want - it's a bit of an enigma really!

Nothing difficult or unexpected - if anything, their questions made it quite difficult to "show off" =! So be prepared to sneak in good stuff about your background. And make sure you know all about "Expert Networks" - there's loads online
I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
