For when you get to the final round you have to perform those 3 tasks for them (the research of experts, and the 2 mock calls). Unfortunately, it seems that you have to actually know what you are looking for/doing before the interview to advance and receive the job. Of course this makes a lot of sense on paper, but you are doing these tasks in the interview without receiving the proper training that you would be getting if you already had the job. It seems a little unfair to me that this is the case for their interview process. They clearly have a specific candidate in mind when hiring and have very high expectations for who they are hiring.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
