I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Overall the process was laid-back and conversational. None of the questions were meant to be aggressive or tricks. The interviewer was helpful in answering my questions. They do look for a good understanding of the com, any. In addition, they seem, to shy away from, candidate with a tech or math background. After talking about my background in CS, my interview explained that they are more geared toward qualitative skills. By the end of the interview we both knew it wasn't for me, but the overall process was straightforward and my interactions were great. Found out within a few days that I would not be moving on.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
