Interview
Very Awkward interview, no flow with recruiter, just question after question with no response in between. Declined second interview due to the sketchy vibe of the company and interview. One day after applying I was emailed to set up interview.

Question 1
Why would you want to move on from your current position?
The video interview is simple. But the second interview has a prep guide,, but it doesn't include the information you need to know. You walk through a supply chain, but the guide doesn't tell you to prepare for that, despite being told the guide is all you need to prepare.
Was very smooth, there's an AI video interview portion, then first round with HR, second round interview that's more technical, and third round interview with a VP that's mostly behavioral.

Why AlphaSights over other companies in sales, consulting, data, etc.
After an AI screening interview the first round of interview is with a senior recruiter that takes about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions that feels very fast paced. Mostly focusing on your college experiences like classes you took and enjoyed or why you choose your college and major specifically.
