I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
After applying, I completed the personality questionnaire and did the self-recorded interview. The self-recorded interview was strictly behavioral. I then made it on to the first round, which was a one-on-one behavioral interview with a member of Talent Acquisition. A few days after that, I was invited to a second-round interview, which was an hour-long case interview. I was given an assignment beforehand where I had to find two professionals that matched the hypothetical clients needs. During the interview, I went over why I chose those professionals and got feedback on my choices. I then had to do a case on the spot, where I talked with the interviewer about what professionals I would choose for the hypothetical case and was given some time to think of the position titles of people I would speak to. I did not make it past the second round, but I know the final round interview is a one-hour behavioral interview as well.

Question 1
Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
