Interview
I applied for the associate position, then I received an email to schedule a phone call screening interview with the HR, I passed (got the notification via email again), and first round & second round, and third with the higher up in charge. Finally, there was a review feedback from an HR (who I did not speak to) to explain why they did not offer me the role at the very end.

What was the challenges you've experienced during your internship/past experiences?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
