Question 1
Can you tell me what process interns execute when recruiting experts?
My interview process with AlphaSights began with an online application and resume submission, followed by a one-way video interview consisting of several behavioral and situational questions that assessed my motivation, communication skills, and understanding of AlphaSights’ business model. After passing the initial screen, I participated in a live interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my background, interest in the role, and how I navigate fast-paced environments. The final round involved a case study in which I was asked to simulate a client request by identifying relevant experts and explaining my approach, demonstrating commercial judgment and structured thinking. This was followed by additional behavioral questions focused on cultural fit and alignment with AlphaSights’ core values. Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely, and the interviews were both challenging and engaging.
