simple process- online self video interview with a few questions then a video call with a recruiter, i got a different offer midway so did not continue with the hiring process

First, you need to record a video answering 5 questions (like tell me about a time you had to sell something). Second, you have a video call with someone in HR, still fairly straightforward questions. Third, you go for an in-person interview. They have you complete a case study. The case study involves a client who is looking for an expert and you have to find the expert (using Linkedin, google searches).
