First round is with HR - relatively easy, just asked about my background, motivations for applying, what I understand about alphasights as a company and about the role itself.
Second round is Case Study - this round was the most difficult, first part was situational questions (3 main questions) regarding what you would do as an associate in these workplace situations (remember to have client-first mentality), this part ended with a deep dive into your CV and extracurriculars. the second part was a case study, pick 2 out of 3 briefs and have to find 4 experts in a short period of time and explain why you chose those experts (remember value chains and what titles to look for), then you had to do a practice phone call with one of the experts you chose.
Last round was with VP - this round was not too difficult but speaking confidently about your motivations and drive, why you applied for the role, your background etc.
I didn't get accepted after the 3 stages, was fairly lengthy interview process (over a month) and required a lot of preparation, they provide you with sufficient material to practice and feedback calls before your final interview with which is good.
