Just did the video responses interview. 30 seconds is too short a time!
Questions were what was listed in the reviews, but they may jumble up the order. I got 4 questions.

Question 1
Nothing really. Passion, failure, job scope and why AS
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Aug 2014
Interview
I was approached by AlphaSights by email to apply for their event in the office. Then I applied it online, the next day they invited me to complete an online recorded video within 72 hours. It gave me another chance to record the overall five questions again. Each questions was given 30s to prepare and various time to record.

Question 1
would you prefer to work with data or collaborate with people?
What's your biggest goal(e.g. academic, personal)? How do you achieve it?
Online application: applied online via the AlphaSights website
--> Web interview and written assessment: questions were rather straightforward (I will not list them as there are more than enough examples if you scroll through other comments), but the most difficult part was to speak for long enough to fill in the given time, but to make sure not to go over.
--> First-round interview (1:1): I was rather surprised at how personal the interview was. I was asked about my CV in detail, rather than open ended "What's your strength?" type questions. The interviewer was extremely professional yet kind, and left an extremely positive impression.

Question 1
As mentioned before, I wasn't expecting to talk about my CV and past experiences in so much detail.
