I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Dubai) in Feb 2015
Interview
1ST STAGE: VIDEO INTERVIEW (Really easy, basically answering questions within a span of 15 min like a rapid fire round)
2ND STAGE: In person interview process about your CV. It was fairly easy as I got to speak about my background, and why I chose what I chose.
3RD STAGE: Case interview (can be done over skype or in person). I was given a case study 24 hours prior to the interview. It was fairly easy but I don't think I answered their questions right as I might have not completely understood their business model.
4TH STAGE: Didn't make it to this (interview with managing director)

Question 1
Why did you choose your major? How can you explain what we do to a 12 year old?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong) in Mar 2015
Interview
I got the video invitation after three days I submitted the online application. It was asked to finish in 7 days. 6 questions in total. Most of the questions can be found from previous post. However, the time is quite limited so prepare well before you start. And sometimes the screen didn't show the preparation time. So check the time yourself.

Question 1
most questions are normal. And the most hard problem for me should be: Your entrepreneurial experience and how you involved in?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
First there is an application form with which you upload your CV and rather than filling out a cover letter, you simply response a question like 'Describe yourself with 3 words and give detailed explanation for each word'. I passed this part and then there is an automated video interview process where someone, pre-recorded, asks you 5 questions about anything (you may expect surprising questions like who is the most inspirational person in the world?) You have 15 seconds to think about the question and 30 seconds to answer it. I could not pass this phase.
My opinion: Since this is a intensely client facing role, you need to have a communications skill close to native.
Good luck
