AlphaSights Associate Summer interview questions

I applied online. A few days later, I received the invitation to online video assessment. There are 4 questions, and I was given 15 secs to prepare and one minute to answer for each question.

The first step in the application process was an online one-way video review. Answer four questions and you get 30 seconds to prepare in-between each one. I believe the questions had different answer lengths, but I answered all the questions pretty quickly. I tried to not look at the timer.
