AlphaSights Associate Summer interview questions

After applying online, I was instructed to complete an online video recording interview. It consisted of 4 questions (all very basic) with 15 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to answer. Felt a bit impersonal and odd but overall not a difficult first stage.

After applying online through my university, they offered me a one-way video questionnaire/interview a few days later. This can be completed at your leisure and only takes about 10 minutes. After that, they got back to me two days later to set up a Skype interview with their recruitment team.
