Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a 15-minute HR screening call focused on behavioral questions and motivation for the role. The recruiter asked about my background, why AlphaSights, and my understanding of the client service function. The second round was a video interview with situational and communication-based questions to assess problem-solving and client-handling ability. The process moved quickly and communication was professional and clear throughout.

Interview
First round phone call: mostly behavioral questions.
Second round zoom: about 30 minutes and mostly case study.
Final round zoom: about an hour with VP and a mix of behavioral and case study.
It is a online video interview and they have a questionnaire for you to fill out. For the video interview, there are 3 questions and the preparation time is 1 minute for each question.
