I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2021
Interview
Four rounds of interviews in total. The first one is a simple background check, why you choose this company etc. The second round is a behavioural interview. HR will go deep into your resume, discuss every internship or experience written on the resume to see if your attitude or behaviour matches the company's principles. Did not pass the second round, so cannon help with the following interviews.

Question 1
What are the techniques associates use to search and match experts?
Drawn-out, disorganized, unproductive. The questions were clearly not geared towards aptitude but rather working knowledge of on-the-job tasks, which would clearly be later discerned through training. They focused way too much on who contacted current Associates rather than who was the best fit.
