AlphaSights Associate interview questions

The interviewing process was relatively long, After successfully passing all five rounds, and receiving positive feedback from the final round interviewer (therefore being positive I got the role) they send me an email saying they found a better candidate.

First, you have a pymetrics test. Then a one-on-one virtual interview. Followed by a two-part project role play interview and behavioral questions. Followed up with a final interview with senior leadership. The process is simple; many external materials are given for preparation; there is also an optional project role-play workshop. After the final interview with leadership, I received a call followed by an offer. Best of luck. The process is difficult due to the wide range of possibilities in the situational assessments but if you prepare you can do well.
