I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong)
Interview
Initial stage was an online application which was took 5 minutes, covering your basic details and a resume.
Second stage, which was took place a week after the application submission was a video interview; which is an online video submission whereby they state a question on the screen, give you 30 seconds to prepare and then start recording your response, of which could be 30 secs or 1minute recording (hence you will need to check the time limit given carefully during preparation)
These questions are quite standard. The ones I got asked (you get asked 5 qns) were: explain why you are a suitable candidate in AlphaSights; what are your career prospects and why choose AlphaSights; what do you like about AlphaSights. Can't remember the exact questions, but in general, it revolves around why AS is the place for you and why you are suitable for the company. Your career aspirations, and what you know about the firm - what they do. So it's crucial you do your research beforehand, since these questions are fairly standardised and you're able to prepare for it.

Question 1
None because the 5 questions were fairly standard, and having read reviews, they were exactly the type of questions that came up. Time limit together with the form of interview made the experience quite nerve-racking though - since it was the first time i had been interviewed this way.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2013
Interview
Applied online through the website and the next day got an email asking me to complete written questions and online questions. Submitted this and a week later was told other candidates better suited the criteria.
