AlphaSights Analyst Graduate interview questions

I have passed the first stage online video interview for AlphaShights London and Dubai. Only got to go to the next stage for the Dubai position. The questions were similar in both cases. I was reading the posts on Glassdoor and it was not clear to me how the online interview worked. It is quite unusal to record yourself answering motivation questions.
