I had been contacted by William Leeming, the vice-president of the firm, to submit an application. Hence, I filled out the application and heard back in a few hours with an invite to the video interview stage. My advice would be to redo your responses to questions if you think you could have answered them better, and this gives you more time to think about how to the answer questions - this is what I wish I would have done. I did have technical problems with the video interview stage but HR are very helpful with that
