It is interesting to see how irresponsible is this company's HR or recruiter/recruiting system. My friend who sent his application to the company on Sunday morning (Amsterdam time 11:07) and received e-mail rejection reply on Sunday evening (Amsterdam time 22:34). Is this normal? Does the candidate application really go through your "human" resources? As a talent acquisition worker, I believe that each candidate deserves a proper responding and feedback. Unfortunately, it seems that this company doesn't stick to the recruiting principles. I urge many other applicants and employee to think twice before deciding the employers. And I really hope more and more recruiters to care about the applicants, don't forget, we were all an applicant before.
