I successfully pass the email. I receive a call interview from talent aquisition. After 3 days I receive an email says I didnt pass the call iv. I will keep trying it untill I got the cs position

First there was an interview call from HR representative, was informed basic things about the company and job description. Second was a video call interview with the HR representative, longer and more detailed version of the 1st one. Last was an interview with one of their Manager, usual Q&A then we had a mock up call both in Japanese and English.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda in May 2018
Interview
Interview has multiple stage and test. CV screening, study case, and essay. I didn't pass the essay.
Good thing is HR team is proactive to inform candidate if passing or not passing each stage.
