I applied online. I interviewed at Agoda (Kuala Lumpur) in Jan 2021
Interview
It could be hard if you never had any experience in handling customer in call center. However, the interviewer was very nice. It is very important for you to be prepared for this part.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda (Budapest) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was divided into 4 steps: 1) Interview with HR (30 min) 2) Writing text (two emails: one in English, one in Portuguese) (20 min each) 3) Speaking text (English and Portuguese) (15 min) 4) Manager Interview (more or less 1 hour)
Smooth, friendly, well prepared. Pretty good first impression with Agoda from the interview with HR and also Managers. Got the final result within a week. HR staff replied email quite fast
