Agoda Backend Team - Engineer interview questions

First I was contacted by HR, then Skype interview with manager, got invitation to face-to-face technical interview in my home city (people from Agoda were visiting my city). Then I was invited to visit Bangkok office for face-to-face interviews with VPs and managers and engineers. The people are polite and look like they really honestly want you to join the company. I thought it was true. It was very confusing to get no offer after. May be it is just the asian style of business.
