First meeting was with the talent acquisition specialist, with basic questions and salary expectations, followed by a writing assessment. Second interview is with the team, and they ask great insightful questions to gauge how you can fit in with the team and how you work cross-collaboratively. At the end, they present you with a live test to draft an email based on a. copy request from a different department. You are expected to dissect the email and ask further questions on the call, but the email can be drafted afterwards and send in by EOD. Third interview was with the Team Lead/Hiring Manager, which is more in depth questions about how past experiences translate to this role and more situational questions. Great opportunity to ask more about the role, team, company structure, etc. I was told that successful candidates would then be contacted for another interview, but I was not proceeded to that round.
