Quick to respond after applying for the job. Spoke to the head of US technical support. Had to complete a take-home quiz using their API. Got invited for an onsite interview. It seemed like they were looking for culture fit first, technical expertise second. HR person was hard to read.

Interview
They ask you a codility programming test, and conduct 2~3 screen interview to get to know you better in person. All screen interviews focus on the behavioral side. I could feel that they have a very nice company culture and they want to keep it that way, so they want to get to know you before they make their decision.

Interview
The process took almost one 1 week from applying online to getting an interview. I had a Skype interview with the head of US Support. This interview was very casual and no technical questions were asked. I thought the interview went well. The interviewer was very casual and explained about the position and organization very well. However, they said they are moving on with a different candidate who was a better fit for the organization.
