Adyen Team Leader interview questions

It is hard to provide a review for this interview because despite being very prepared on the Adyen formula, it was an incredibly short interview. As soon as they understood I did not have direct credit card scheme background, the conversation was dropped. Very sad as one of the key missions of Adyen is to be open for people with a wide experience.

I was contacted quickly after applying by HR for a screening interview. The next step was a virtual call with international team members. I was moved ahead to the next round and had to prepare a case study but when I reached out to HR with a question they responded that another candidate was further along in the process and accepted. I was a bit disappointed to go through the work of the case study when another candidate was clearly already offered the role.
