Adyen Software Engineer interview questions

Initial interview was with the internal recruiter. Fairly brief interview to gauge fit with company and past experience. This was followed by a round of technical interview. Did not get pass this stage.

The HR approached me very fast, from submiting CV till first interview took only about 1-2 days. I was interviewed by the guy who was in singapore. During the interview he sometime seem to be interrupted by his coleagues. It made me very uncomfortable. He asked me for the current salary and arbitrarily added about 10% into my current salary and told me that it would be what we can pay you. Advices: Company and candidate should act like partners not like giving and begging and HR should have awareness of who he is in the company. I dont think he is the founder of the company but he behaved like that. (lol)
