Adyen interview questions

The HR was answering emails quite fast and got to the final technical interview; however, the HR didn't send me any update regarding my application, and after asking about it, I found out that I won't continue the process. My experience was that when a candidate passes the interview, they send you the email quite fast, but if you didn't pass, you're being ghosted if you don't approach them first. I get it, but it would still be nice to inform candidates when they don't pass as well, rather than keeping them waiting.

The process moved quickly and efficiently. I was contacted 48 hours after applying on the company website, and from there each step was clearly communicated and well-organized. The HR referent was always attentive, pleasant, and consistent with follow-ups. I've received clear information before about what to expect at each stage, as well as timely updates. Then, team interview with 2 senior members, good to have an idea of the working environment and help to assess cultural fit. The case study was intense but very engaging with 2 Managers (N+1 & N+2). I had preparation time, and during the session they asked specific, thoughtful questions that pushed me to think strategically and use this moment to demonstrate how do I approach client's facing situation and understand more about their expectations. They had also answered all my questions about the team. By the end of my process, after the case study, I received personalized feedback from RH (through a call!!) explaining why they decided to not move forward, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything in the process was professional, well-structured, and gave me a clear sense of the company’s culture and values. Even though I wasn't selected, the process itself was a very positive experience.
