The interview process felt disorganized and ultimately frustrating. The role was posted for a Commercial Academy Trainer in Singapore, but it appears the company never actually hired anyone locally for the position.
The first call with a local recruiter was standard and covered the role and responsibilities. I passed this stage and was scheduled to interview with a team member based in the US. However, on the morning of the interview, it was rescheduled to later in the week with someone else based in Amsterdam.
The interview itself felt quite detached, as the interviewer didn’t seem very engaged and didn’t appear to have much clarity about the role. The questions were fairly generic.
About a week later, I received an automated rejection email with no explanation. I had to follow up with the recruiter to get feedback, but the response was very vague.
Several months later, it appears the role in Singapore was NEVER filled, which made the process feel like a waste of candidates’ time.
